현대모비스의 램프 부문 자회사인 현대아이에이치엘(IHL)이 프랑스 OP모빌리티로의 매각을 앞두고 구성원들에게 위로금 지급안을 제시했다. 지난달 또 다른 자회사인 유니투스가 제시했던 보상안보다 격려금 규모가 늘고 차액 보전 항목이 추가되는 등 보상 조건이 상향됐다.

1일 업계에 따르면 현대IHL은 이날 김상형 대표이사 명의로 ‘램프 사업부 매각 관련 위로금 제시안’을 노조 측에 발송했다.

공개된 제시안에 따르면 위로금은 크게 공헌위로금과 뉴스타트 격려금으로 나뉜다. 고용 승계 시점에 일괄 지급되는데, 지급 대상은 지급일 기준 재직 중인 정규직이다.

현대IHL은 지난 5월 유니투스 사측이 제안했던 뉴스타트 격려금(5000만원)보다 1000만 오른 6000만 원을 제시했다. 장기 근속과 정년을 앞둔 임직원에 대한 차등 적용 기조는 유지된다. 2026년 말 기준 만 56세 이상 직원의 경우 연령에 따라 뉴스타트 격려금을 차등 지급한다. 구체적으로는 △만 56세(1970년생) 70% △만 57세(1969년생) 50% △만 58세(1968년생) 30% △만 59세(1967년생) 10%를 지급하며 만 60세(1966년생)는 지급 대상에서 제외된다.

2021년부터 2025년까지의 ‘5개년 성과급 총액’으로 책정된 공헌위로금은 연령과 관계없이 모두 지급된다.

특히 현대IHL 사측은 타 자회사와의 형평성을 고려한 별도 보상책도 추가했다. 제시안 제2조(차액 보전)를 통해 “타 자회사와의 공헌위로금 차액 보전을 위해 5000만원을 추가로 지급한다”고 명시했다. 이에 따라 매각에 따른 고용 승계 시 임직원들이 받게 될 실질적인 위로금 총액은 더 늘어날 전망이다.
