Terms and Conditions
- E-COMMUNICATIONS (”Company”) and the customer (”Customer”) hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions with respect to the rental services by the Company to the Customer of the Wi-Fi/phone/Smart Phone, Charger, Battery, Bag set (”Device”).
- Upon acceptance of the Device, the Customer shall check the external and working condition of the Device. Failure to inform of such abnormalities within a day from acceptance of the Device will become Customer’s responsibility.
- The Customer shall not perform any repairs, replacement of the parts, or other modification of the Device without permission from the Company.
- The Customer hereby acknowledges that Company is not responsible for the quality of the telecommunication services which may be provided using the device.
- The Company is not liable for any discontinuance of, or interruption in the telecommunication service.
- In no event shall the amount of damages the Customer entitled to exceed the total Rental Charges incurred by the Customer.
Deposit and payment policy
- THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT AND DAILY CHARGES WILL BE DUE AND PAYABLE UPON RENTAL.
- Upon renting the device, the Customer shall sign a pre-authorized credit card voucher for the total amount of deposit and charges.
- The pre-authorized amount will be released upon return of the device which can take up to 1 month period.
- IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT RETURN THE DEVICE FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER AFTER 3 DAYS FROM THE END OF THE RENTAL PERIOD, THE COMPANY SHALL BE ENTITLED TO CLAIM FOR THE TOTAL PLUS REPLACEMENT OF THE DEVICE WITHOUT CUSTOMER’S CONSENT.
- Additional daily charges will apply if the device is not returned by 11:59pm due date.
